New Feature: Email Invoice

You can now email an invoice directly from Meiraware Business! We've added the ability to send the invoice attached as a pdf due to popular demand.

In account settings, you can setup a simple or advanced template. Simply put text or use one of the dynamic words to auto-populate customer data in your message.

From the Invoice Edit screen, you will see a new link in the command bar "Email Invoice".

Simply click the button, fill out the relevant fields and that's it! Save it as a draft to send later, or save and send now.

If you have sent an invoice to a customer, we will track what date you did so on the Invoice Edit page right alongside the Email Invoice button in the command bar.
